Applications are open for the Agricultural Bureau of South Australia 2024 Spirit of Excellence Awards.

• The Sustainable Agriculture Scholarship, sponsored by the Department for Environment and Water (DEW), offers a $10,000 grant to a farmer aged 18-45. This scholarship enables recipients to pursue further study, take a study tour, or run a special project. DEW is committed to supporting communities and industries in making informed decisions and taking action to ensure the sustainable use of our natural resources.
• The Rural Youth Bursary, sponsored by Primary Industries and Regions SA (PIRSA), provides a $5,000 grant for rural young people aged 18-30, working in any field of employment within a rural community. This bursary supports further study or the development of a special project that will benefit the community. PIRSA is dedicated to growing primary industries and driving regional development.
