The Eyre Peninsula Drought Resilience Advisory Group would like to thank those who have participated in the regional workshops held during early July.

The discussions at these workshops have provided valuable insight into the impacts of drought on Eyre Peninsula, and what we can do together to build resilience to drought.  Information you shared, is being used to inform the preparation of the Regional Drought Resilience Plan.

The draft Plan will be emailed to you and be available online from the project website https://droughtresilientep.com.au/ from Monday 12 August 2024.

There will be 4 online forums to present the draft Plan and advise how you can provide further feedback. Each forum will share the same information and be held on:

  • Monday 12 August 2pm to 3pm
  • Monday 12 August 7pm to 8pm
  • Wednesday 14 August 6pm to 7pm
  • Friday 16 August 10am to 11am

Please book via this link to participate in an online forum https://www.trybooking.com/CTZCY

The link to the online forum you register for, will be emailed to you on completion of registration.

If you are attending the Eyre Peninsula Field Days at Cleve (13 – 15 August) the draft Plan will also be available to view and provide feedback at our RDA Eyre Peninsula stand within the PIRSA (Primary Industries and Regions) marquee.

If you have any questions about the Plan’s preparation, please do not hesitate to contact Trevor Smith trevor.smith@rdaep.org.au.
